1. Download & install= too easy, no problems
2. open program = easy, just placed it on my dock & double clicked, no problems
3. import files = easy drag & drop
Overall its a great program for converting audio files. I give it 5 stars for easy & problem free use; besides its free. I will definetely check out their other programs.
